Firewatch dev moves to start his own studio
Nels Anderson, Firewatch designer, announced that he is starting up his own studio. The studio will be called Caledonia, and, on Twitter, he said they’re forming “to make a sweet game”.
Will be talking about the team and game soon-ish, but mostly this is just because I know there are all kinds of things I don’t know…

Not much else has been said as of yet on the game or the studio. Anderson was one of the four developers at Campo Santo when the studio was founded in September 2013. Three years later, he resigned, however that was long enough for Firewatch to make it to both PC and consoles. Before Camp Santo, Anderson was the lead designer for Mark of the Ninja at Klei Entertainment.
