Create your own Super Mario 64 levels with new ROM hack
Mario Maker brought an insurgence of interest in level editors for retro games. Mega Man has already jumped up the bandwagon, and now so has Super Mario 64.
It’s not a standalone thing, though. You need to have a ROM and emulator for Super Mario 64, and then you can apply the hack. It’s set up for a classic N64 controller too, meaning you’ll have to grab a USB one if you don’t already own it.
That’s all you ‘ll need though. The video below explains how to set up the hack. Kaze Emanuar is the creator, who has worked on Mario hacks before. Who knows how long this one will stay live.
